Product Information

• All our jewelry pieces are designed with love and crafted with precision.

• As many items are handcrafted or made-to-order, slight variations in color, finish, and detailing may occur.

• Product descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our ability, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless mentioned otherwise.

• InstaOrnate reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

• We accept secure payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations.

• International customers may incur customs duties or import taxes as per their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our pricing.

Orders & Cancellations

Orders for ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items depend at item level.

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at veliorya@gmail.com.

InstaOrnate reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are clearly mentioned on our Shipping & Delivery Policy page.

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or customs processes.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and customized jewelry are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• All content including designs, product images, logos, graphics, and text on the InstaOrnate website is the exclusive property of InstaOrnate.
